Fox Run was born out of a need to expand our campus and is situated on nearly 50 acres of undeveloped farmland on the Southern end of our community. The planned homes in Fox Run will be a harmonious blend of carriage homes, townhomes, and hybrid villa apartments.
Fox Run was designed for those who wish to be active and live harmoniously with others. That’s why our homes are created around green space and walking paths. The two car garages are attached to the rear of the homes and townhomes so that the your living space is facing out onto green lawns and walking paths. Features such as open floor plans, over-sized two car garages, gas fireplaces (exceptions do apply) and the ability to add a second-floor loft in some models is just the beginning in designing your new home to meet your needs.
Our hybrid villa apartments are the perfect choice for individuals who prefer apartment living, but want a bit more than the traditional apartment lifestyle. The hybrid apartment villas are three stories high and offer an intimate 12-unit selection of two bedroom and one bedroom with den styles, unlike the traditional long hallways and overcrowded single structure, multi-unit apartment buildings. Each apartment will have a one car garage built into and attached to the main level of the apartment building. Most apartments feature windows on more than one access point in the apartment, which provides for natural light, entering from multiple directions, into your home. The two bedroom apartments offer a gas fireplace, and all have a master bedroom ensuite with a walk-in closet.
